1. Wash garments before wearing: It is important to wash your new specialty tees before wearing them. This helps to remove any residual dyes or chemicals from the manufacturing process and ensures a clean and fresh start.
2. Machine wash cold: We recommend washing your specialty tees in cold water. This helps to preserve the colors and prevent any shrinking or stretching of the fabric.
3. Use gentle detergent: When washing your tees, opt for a gentle detergent that is suitable for delicate fabrics. Harsh detergents can cause damage to the fabric and affect the overall appearance of the design.
4. Avoid bleach: Bleach can be harsh on fabrics and may cause discoloration or damage to the specialty tee. It is best to avoid using bleach when washing your garments.
5. Turn inside out: To protect the design and prevent any fading or cracking, we recommend turning your specialty tee inside out before washing.
6. Tumble dry low or air dry: For best results, tumble dry your specialty tee on a low heat setting or, even better, air dry it. High heat can cause shrinkage and damage to the fabric.
7. Iron on low heat if needed: If your specialty tee requires ironing, use a low heat setting and iron it inside out. Avoid ironing directly on the design to prevent any damage.

How do I choose the right kid size?
Jax & James youth apparel follows our standard brand sizing, comparable to typical youth sizing by age.
General size guide:
- XXS — 2–3 years
- XS — 4–5 years
- S — 6–7 years
- M — 8 years
- L — 9–10 years
- XL — 11–12 years
Fit may vary slightly by tee style:

Returns & Exchanges
Because many items are printed to order, we do not accept returns for sizing or preference changes.

All designs are created and printed in-house or by a trusted partner, allowing us to offer consistent quality you can trust.
We ship nationwide and also offer local Rome pickup when available.
