Brand Rep Contract

Thank you for your interest in becoming a brand representative for Jax + James! We are excited to have you join our team and help promote our unique and stylish specialty tees. This brand rep contract outlines the terms and conditions of our partnership.

1. Duration: This contract will be in effect for a period of six months, starting from the date of signing. At the end of the contract, both parties can discuss the possibility of renewal.

2. Responsibilities: As a brand representative, your main responsibility will be to promote Jax + James tees on your social media platforms. This includes creating high-quality content featuring our products, tagging our brand, and using designated hashtags. You should aim to post at least 3 times a week. We ask reps to help keep posts bumped by commenting and interacting on social media platforms.

3. Exclusivity: During the term of this contract, you agree to exclusively promote Jax + James tees and refrain from promoting any competing brands. This ensures that our partnership remains mutually beneficial and helps maintain brand integrity. You may rep for other companies that do not sell similar tees. 

4. Compensation: As a brand rep, you will receive a 20% discount on all Jax + James products for personal use and free shipping. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to earn free merchandise with 10 sales generated through your unique 10% off referral code or affiliate link.

5. Content Usage: By participating in this brand rep program, you grant Jax + James the right to use any content you create and share on your social media platforms for promotional purposes. We may repost, share, or feature your content on our website, social media accounts, and other marketing materials.

6. Termination: Either party may terminate this contract with proper communication. In the event of a breach of contract, either party may terminate the agreement immediately.

7. Confidentiality: During the term of this contract and thereafter, you agree to keep any confidential information shared by Jax + James, including but not limited to upcoming product releases and marketing strategies, confidential and not disclose it to any third parties.
